LPC-MHSP (T)

I experienced the amazing benefits of therapy firsthand after being diagnosed with a chronic illness in 2019. I had to learn how to cope with anxiety, lack of control, grief, and uncertainty — now I strive to help others do the same.

I specialize in helping clients explore the deeper stories and beliefs shaping their lives, often rooted in early attachment experiences. Together, we can uncover these patterns, understand their origins, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Using a blend of narrative, schema, and attachment-based approaches, I help clients rewrite their stories in ways that honor their strengths and values. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious — I create a safe space to explore your inner world and discover new possibilities for growth.

Feeling truly seen and understood is essential for growth. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to supporting your journey. If you’re ready to explore what’s holding you back and rewrite your story with intention and care, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

how I can help

self-esteem

Struggling with self-esteem can feel like carrying a constant inner critic, showing up as self-doubt, perfectionism, comparison, fear of failure, or feeling "not good enough." These beliefs can lead to procrastination, avoidance, or seeking approval.

In therapy, we'll explore the roots of these patterns and work to challenge them, reconnect with your worth, and cultivate self-compassion, leading to greater confidence, healthier relationships, and stronger boundaries.

attachment

An attachment wound can manifest as insecurity, fear of abandonment, difficulty being alone, reluctance to open up, or pushing others away.

Through therapy, we'll identify how your attachment wound occurred and use a variety of approaches to clean out the wound — so healing can begin and fear won't be in the driver's seat going forward in relationships.

trauma

Trauma can be a single event, like a car accident, or accumulate over time in more subtle ways. You may find yourself overthinking, scanning for danger, reading others' emotions, feeling tense, or avoiding reminders of past experiences.

In trauma therapy, we’ll process your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, helping to untangle how trauma affects your present life.

grief

Grief can stem from many losses, like the death of a loved one, a health diagnosis, or a shift in beliefs. It may feel like disappointment, numbness, or heartbreak.

In therapy, we'll create space to process your grief, honor what you’ve lost, and explore what you can carry forward as you move on.
