My approach
You don’t need to have a diagnosis or a clear picture to begin therapy — just a sense that something isn’t working, or that you’re tired of carrying so much alone.
I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t name, but deeply feel. Who crave closeness but fear being “too much.” Who hold themselves to impossible standards, while struggling to believe they’re enough.
Together, we’ll explore how your earliest relationships, environments, or belief systems shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. We'll untangle the messages you absorbed about what it means to be lovable, good, worthy — and begin to rewrite them.
I use a trauma-informed, relational approach grounded in EMDR, parts work, schema therapy, and attachment-based care. Sessions are collaborative and flexible — sometimes deep and reflective, sometimes light and grounding — always centered around you.
I can help if you’re...
Constantly trying to be “good,” “easy,” or “not too much” in relationships
Struggling with self-worth, self-criticism, or perfectionism
Navigating the impact of childhood wounds, emotional neglect, or rigid family systems
Healing from trauma, grief, or chronic illness
Longing for deeper connection but afraid to trust or take up space
Feeling stuck in old roles and ready to rediscover who you are beneath them
What to expect
A warm, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome
Insightful, depth-oriented work that goes beyond surface-level coping
A flexible mix of EMDR, parts work, schema therapy, and attachment-based care
Humor, honesty, and room for both lightness and depth in the healing process
